I am constantly amazed at the cleverness of our mind and the way the brain it is made up of neural pathways that we can work to rewire, changing our thoughts and behaviours.
When I began practicing Mindfulness & Meditation, along with the amazing science that is Hypnotherapy, it enabled me to discover the root cause of what's was holding me back and when we listen to our bodies they won’t let you down, believe me, mine didn’t, and yours won’t when you provide it with an environment to heal and thrive.
Even a small shift in your mindset can move you towards your goals, unlock your barriers, and rebalance your mind. Learning to get out of your head and into your body is the key to lasting transformation.
Hypnotherapy works with your subconscious mind to create conscious change. This amazing therapy quietens the conscious mind to access your subconscious, a storage of all your beliefs and ideas about yourself.

My training as a Hypnotherapist was with the award winning Marisa Peer, the founder of Rapid Transformational Therapy® Method. This unique method is based on the science of neuroplasticity and combines the principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Neuro linguistic programming, Cognitive behaviour therapy and Neuroscience.

You will be provided with a transformation audio during our session which focuses on motivation, renewed energy and will be one of your tools for success.
